30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
All original packaging and included accessories must be returned.
Products that have been completed, assembled, modified, or used cannot be returned due to the nature of DIY craft products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos or videos showing the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, customized products, and items that have been opened, assembled, or used may not be eligible for return.
